Salary: $225,000 – $275,000 per year

Our client is decentralizing and improving the eCommerce transactions to make it more user-centric. Based on Web3 principles, the new and better eCommerce platform gives users more control of their digital footprints and, in return, the decision-making process. In addition, the team is driven to leverage the full potential of mobile and web abilities with more secure and accurate data. Plus, you will be working with a group of very tech-passionate people at a state-of-the-art office space that has a dedicated design studio located in the center of West Los Angeles.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design on all core products
  • Deliver thorough user journeys that drive in more users across various platforms
  • Set top-notch design standards that align with the business requirements and support the overall vision of the company
  • Contribute to the design system and help consistently seek improvements
  • Lead design sprint and collaborate with various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience, preferably with B2C, eCommerce, native mobile and web-based products
  • Strong visual and user research capabilities, and previous experience conducting user research and testing, drafting user journeys, and leading the design team
  • Exceptional skills with modern design tools, specifically in Figma, Sketch, Invision Studio/DSM
  • Independent, collaborative, self-starter attitude with remarkable ownership and leadership
  • Outstanding portfolio with exceptional communication and presentation skills that can accurately represent your ability to handle end-to-end design and contribute to the team/company
