Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This role involves heavy problem solving, strong analytical skills, research, meeting facilitation, and a longer term commitment due to the nature of the scope of the project. You’ll need the ability to understand current state business processes, work through defining the desired future state, and seeing it through delivery.

Some of the things you will be doing:

Assist in defining and maintaining the product vision and roadmap.

  • Develop clear user stories, UI mock-ups/prototypes, process diagrams, and other documentation to effectively convey requirements to the development team
  • Ensure the roadmap, vision, and KPIs are on track and being delivered
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requests and requirements
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Scrum team (Scrum Master, Developers, QA, BA) to ensure sprint and long term deliverables are met.
  • Lead demos of newly developed features
  • Perform continued evaluations of end users system adoption and work with end users to identify opportunities for business process improvements
  • Have the ability to work independently towards business objectives
  • Manage direct reports to provide work, direction and mentorship

What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?

  • A college degree (BS or MS)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, non-technical staff, all levels of management, and clients to build strong relationships.
  • A focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to self-start and work independently to achieve near and long term business objectives
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
  • Experience with Scrum (or another agile methodology) is a plus
  • Experience performing analysis of business process improvements and software development is a plus
