Job Title: Product Marketing Manager – Global Commerce

Location: Flexible / Remote (North America based, ideally in MST or PST time zone)

IQ Clarity, in collaboration with a leading Global SaaS Company, is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch of cutting-edge commerce solutions tailored for mid-market retailers worldwide. As a pivotal member of our team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and market penetration of our comprehensive portfolio of commerce solutions.

Your responsibilities will encompass strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, growth marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful positioning and adoption of our innovative products.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive product marketing roadmap for our diverse range of commerce solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, coordinating seamless product releases and updates.
  • Develop and implement a robust content strategy to effectively communicate product positioning, unique selling points, and key value propositions.
  • Conduct thorough competitive intelligence analysis, leveraging insights to craft compelling battle cards and enable GTM teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing peers to streamline release processes and optimize launch strategies.
  • Drive the creation, management, and enablement of product messaging, value propositions, and differentiators.
  • Oversee the accuracy of product listings on external platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences in product roadmap development.
  • Facilitate the creation of product onboarding, adoption, and engagement journeys in collaboration with product and customer success teams.
  • Support analyst relationships and report submissions, in alignment with product leadership and CMO directives.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance user engagement strategies.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert within marketing, offering guidance on product-related content and initiatives.
  • Identify and leverage synergies across products to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Profound knowledge of the commerce tech market, with a strong preference for prior experience in e-commerce, POS, merchandising, and retail solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment, with exceptional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in technical language, enabling effective communication with product teams and translation of technical specifications into business value propositions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gainsight PX, Pendo, and Miro, among others.
  • Previous experience collaborating with product managers and senior leadership is essential.
  • Knowledge of Product Lead Growth (PLG) principles is an asset.
  • Proactive self-starter with outstanding project management skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Blend of analytical thinking and creative storytelling capabilities.
  • Willingness to work with teams across different time zones, including those based in Australia.
  • Flexibilityadaptability, and a passion for contributing to the growth and expansion of our brand into North American markets.
