Product Marketing Manager

  • Direct hire position with full benefit and PTO package
  • Onsite position (9-3 core hours) with opportunity for 1 day remote after 6 months
  • Managerial position overseeing 2 direct reports

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and advertising initiatives across all brands. They will manage the architectural design of multichannel marketing strategies supporting product launches and lifecycles, with a focus on improving brand visibility and sales. The chosen candidate will also oversee digital activity and SEO tactics and handle company content on all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies in line with corporate objectives
  • Architect multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage company activity and digital content
  • Oversee digital and SEO tactics
  • Implement analytical tools and CRM for campaign performance tracking
  • Monitor marketing expenses and budget allocations
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with relevant departments on product launches and documentation
  • Enhance target market understanding for increased sales and brand recognition
  • Manage brand stories and communication in line with brand identity
  • Engage in customer relationship building and leads management
  • Support the development of the internal company culture
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Monitor performance metrics and connect them to financial goals
  • Implement appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary
  • Maintain documentation with accurate real-time information.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience with knowledge of marketing strategy, advertising, and brand management
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing systems and tools: Adobe, Creative Suite, HubSpot Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Canva, and AI tools
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring employees preferred
  • Competence in technology-based devices and software like Microsoft Office and ZoHo
  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually
  • Must pass pre-employment screening and background check
