About The Job

The Red Hat Products & Technologies Business Insights team is seeking an Analytics Product Manager to join our team. In this role you will provide leadership and oversight in the development of analytical products that monitor, predict, and measure business performance. You will lead the development of product strategies and roadmaps and serve as the key contact for delivery to business users.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate business problems into data requirements and analytics products
  • Accountable for building internal analytics products that turn raw data into actionable insights
  • Document use cases & internal stakeholders, gathers requirements, sets formal roadmaps, and manages relationships with other teams jointly working on that internal product
  • Work closely w/ Data Scientists, Data Engineers & Data Analysts & to facilitate product development
  • Deliver products to stakeholders by training users, creating documentation, communications & evangelism (ie; mojo site, roadshows, newsletters, etc.)
  • Provide strategic oversight and manage the overall end-to-end lifecycle of the analytics products

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience; masters degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relations and communicate with people at all hierarchical levels
  • Advanced analytical skills, preferably with background in or exposure to data science
  • Ability to reconcile technical and business perspectives
  • Coachable, energetic, detail-oriented; focused and diligent on delivering results
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal and time management skills in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with SQL / Python and Tableau development is a plus

The salary range for this position is $90,480.00 – $144,660.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
