Clinical Engineer – Product Development and Clinical Procedures

This is a salaried role with PTO and benefits. You will be working on our Project Team supporting one of the world’s largest and most respected Pharmaceutical/Device companies.

You will be a Clinical Engineer serving as a Cross-functional liaison supporting internal and external stakeholders in developing, refining, and assessing intratumoral therapy processes, procedures, and techniques to enhance clinical trial performance, evaluate risks, and assess technologies.

This is not your typical engineering role. Will focus on clinical procedure (e.g., surgical techniques to be implemented by physicians during trials) rather than physical product/device development.

On the job:

develop engineering studies to test devices for acceptable use within clinical procedures.

combine clinical procedures expertise (e.g., how to take a biopsy) with product development processes to understand how to create a novel clinical procedure. u

understand what devices are on the market and run tests on them (mechanical tests)
