What You Will Do
Your role as an Associate Product Manager is essential in driving the success for your product line by collaborating closely with other product managers, Sales, and customers to shape and execute strategies. You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions and timely updates while providing support to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll interact daily with various teams globally to ensure project completion. This role is ideal for those who enjoy variety and collaboration.
Responsibilities include:
- Support global product strategy and execute business plans for new product development and launches.
- Provide technical and application support for assigned products.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis for pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Assist in sales and operations planning, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
What You Will Bring
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in a technical or business field.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- High-energy self-starter with an innovative mindset.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel globally 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Preferred experience in Industrial, Distribution, or Sales.
- PowerBI experience is a plus.
