Core Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in complex solution design, leadership, and client/end-user engagement.
- Expertise in SAP IBP, S&OP, and supply chain integration.
- Strong functional experience in SAP IBP, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and ATP.
- Experience in the Petrochemical industry with business acumen and value orientation.
- Effective communication and understanding of IT policies and business benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with experience in SAP integrations and additional SAP modules preferred.
