Technical Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Product Manager with exceptional analytical skills and a strong aptitude for problem-solving. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding the execution of our product vision. Collaborating with multiple technology teams, you will ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the design, development, and testing of innovative solutions. As a technical product leader, you will work closely with architects, senior developers, senior quality engineers, and DevOps engineers to contribute to the design and implementation of our cutting-edge software platform. This platform, built on state-of-the-art technologies, will support multiple integrated applications and execute a wide range of business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership by driving technology decisions, leading technical feasibility discussions, managing technical risks, and defining high-level architecture directions in collaboration with architects and senior developers.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product Management and Development, conducting research and defining technical requirements based on business needs.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to translate technical findings from proof of concepts into architecture decisions and technical requirements.
• Work closely with Product Management to define product requirements, including user stories, features, and user acceptance criteria.
• Lead product backlog assessment, grooming, release planning, and iteration planning.
• Support Development and QA teams by clarifying technical requirements, assessing feature implementation risks, researching technical solutions, and prioritizing roadmap deliverables.
• Coordinate and foster team collaboration to analyze cross-platform issues and implement holistic solutions that leverage synergies across people, processes, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to identify requirements and dependencies related to CI/CD, hosting, and deployment strategies.
• Lead daily development scrums to identify risks, blockers, and track progress.

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of various technologies, including .NET, Angular, React, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, SQL Server, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, API Gateway, and Proxy Server.
• Proven experience in effectively communicating with business users and product managers to collect requirements and describe software product features.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product Management to deliver technical requirements based on user needs and business scenarios.
• Track record of successfully managing product backlogs, defining product roadmaps, and creating release plans.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
