Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Product Owner – Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) is responsible for enabling United’s Customer Identity & Access Management capabilities across all stages of the customer journey. The Cybersecurity and Digital Risk team is responsible for improving and continuously updating United’s security posture in a way that delivers on our business goals in accordance with our global business requirements and our commitment to secure customer access and authentication experiences. To deliver on this, United must use and/or build best in class software across our business to keep or data safe and our experiences consistent.
- Lead efforts to collaborate with digital channel delivery teams and business division partners to manage Product Vision, Strategy and Product Roadmap
- Product owner applies data from the market, customers, end users and teams to not only drive product improvements but also drive innovation around emerging business and market needs (leading capabilities and industry trends) in line with CIAM architecture roadmap
- Apply value prioritization concepts like cost of delay and delivery risk
- Engages partners throughout the product development cycle using various feedback channels like user group meetings, product demos, customer evaluations, surveys etc.
- Applies Agile principles to capture product requirements, prioritize work by value and improve ROI and demonstrate success via customer metrics framework
- Champions and grows the team culture through example
- Ability to craft, communicate, negotiate and galvanize behind a data driven roadmap across a complex partner network

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 9+ years of experience in areas such as product road mapping, metrics development, team leadership, collaborator management, with preference for understanding app usage and using data analytics to inspire change
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience within areas like Technology, Engineering, Product Management, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Digital Marketing
- 11+ years of related experience
- Website/app enrollment or login/logoff related product experience
- Experience managing a team of various skill levels, experience, and education
- CISSP, CIPP
- Build vs Buy analysis, return on investment modeling, technical training

The salary for this position is 114,750 to 168,300, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
