Product Analyst
Optomi, in partnership with a leading electric holding company, is seeking a Product Analyst to join their Customer Digital Solutions team. This group is responsible for creating seamless digital experiences for millions of customers across mobile, web, e-commerce, billing, and customer communication channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating across business and technical teams, improving digital products, and using data to create better customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to create visibility through reports, presentations, process documentation, and stakeholder updates.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement.
- Assist with user research and gather customer and employee feedback.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow documentation, and value stream mapping to support product improvements.
- Develop and execute quality assurance plans and support user acceptance testing.
- Support change management activities and help ensure smooth product rollouts.
- Analyze product metrics, usage data, and performance dashboards to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Monitor and support existing customer-facing applications, including enrollment tools, service navigation, outage verification, and other digital services.
- Collaborate across multiple business units and communicate updates to key leaders.
- Bring structure, clarity, and consistency to evolving digital products while keeping the end customer top of mind.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with digital customer experiences, mobile or web applications, or customer-facing technology
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile product teams
- Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, or value stream mapping
- Experience preparing business cases, progress reports, or data-driven insights
- Experience supporting QA/UAT cycles
- Ability to create or maintain dashboards and track digital product metrics
- Passion for improving customer experience and solving user problems
