The Marketing team at UpGuard comprises a diverse array of functions, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, SEO, and more. Our vision is to lead in the Cyber VRM and Attack Surface Management markets by offering a premier SaaS platform for managing third-party risks and external attack surfaces. As part of our Marketing team, your goal will be to fuel UpGuard’s growth with a scalable marketing engine and a strong brand identity.

Why We’re Hiring:

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the growth and evolution of our Trust Exchange product. You will work closely with our Product team to perform in-depth market research that uncovers valuable customer insights and identifies opportunities to enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to discover trends and growth opportunities.
• Become an expert in UpGuard’s products, understanding customer preferences and translating that insight into effective positioning.
• Create compelling value propositions and messaging that distinguishes UpGuard’s offerings in the market.
• Plan and execute innovative launch campaigns for new products and features, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop essential sales and marketing materials such as pitch decks, product datasheets, and content.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for our Sales and Marketing teams, representing UpGuard at industry events.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Experience with early-stage products and driving customer discovery.
• A passion for engaging with customers to identify their pain points.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Product and executive teams.
• Willingness to get hands-on in campaign execution.
• Data-driven mindset, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot for decision-making.
• Curiosity about adopting AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
